About Dr Lemmon-Warde

Dr Jenny Lemmon-Warde graduated from Stellenbosch University with a B.Ch.D degree in dentistry. She is a member of the South African Dental Association and the South African Association of Aesthetic Dentistry. She has attended various courses in restorative and endodontic dentistry.

 

Dr Lemmon-Warde began her career at Von Brandis Dental Clinic in Johannesburg before moving into private practice. During her time in Johannesburg, she treated patients from various backgrounds, including those at St Vincent's School for the Deaf, the Transvaal Memorial Institute, and the Avril Elizabeth Home for the mentally handicapped. She also provided dental care to patients at Johannesburg General Hospital who were awaiting kidney transplants or dealing with cardiac issues and patients with AIDS before the disease was fully understood.

 

In addition to her work in general dentistry, Dr Lemmon-Warde has a particular passion for paedodontics and has spent considerable time helping children establish healthy dental habits early on. She is fluent in English and Afrikaans, has basic Zulu and German, allowing her to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.

 

Dr Jenny Lemmon-Warde established Howick Dental Care in July of 2019, which is a general dental practice in the Lenmed Howick Private Hospital Consulting Block.
